The items you sent to me recently arrived today, and nine of them are clearly different items. This was quite a disappointment.
I was going o contact the customer center directly, but I thought I should contact you first and see where that goes.
Why were there different items in this order?
Rather than return them I'd like to exchange them, and I am hoping to be able to deal with this is a timely manner.

Of the items you sent to me the other day 9 of them are completely wrong items. I was very disappointed.
I wanted to contact the customers center directly but,
thought I would make contact with you first.
Why is there different specification items included in items?
I would rather have a replacement rather than a refund, I hope you can respond to this matter quickly.
