アマゾン側の表記ミスで商品名違い、クレームになております。

アマゾン米国の商品名が４個パックになっています。
アマゾン日本ではこの商品は１個です。

こちらとしましても表記に気付けなかったミスがございまが、
この件に関して私の方に非はないことと思いますので、
クレーム等でアカウント評価が下がることのないよう対応して頂きたく思います。

現在、既に送ったお客様や、注文が入っている方へ返品・返金を対応しており、
お客様はもちろん、私も大変迷惑がかかっています。

至急、対応お願いします。

It is escalated as a claim because of Amazon’s listing mistake.

The item name of Amazon US is 4-packs,
However, on Amazon Japan, it is 1 pack.

I know that there is some sort of responsibility for our side because we have not noticed the mistake in listing, but there is no fault in our side about this case.
So, I would like to request you to take action for not lower our account evaluation due to claims.

We now responding for accepting the return and issuing the refund for customers who we have already shipped and have already received orders.
This incident is causing customers’ inconvenience as well as ours.

Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.
