PurchaseOrderを一つしか出していないのにインボイスが二つきています。
インボイスを一つにまとめてください。
出荷予定日が遅すぎるので、オーダーの一部を先に空輸で送るという話をしたはずですが?
出荷が遅れることについて
状況は理解しました。クーリエへの依頼は一旦キャンセルします。商品は少しでも早く欲しいですが、多少出荷が遅れるのはしょうがないので、品質が完璧なものを作ってください。おおよその出荷時期がわかったら教えてください。
As for invoice
Two invoices have come, although I only did one PurchaseOrder.
Please combine them in to one invoice.
The scheduled shipping was too late, so we talked about that you sent me a part of the order by air before.
As for the shipment delay
I understand the situation. I will cancel the request to the courier once. I'd like the products as early as possible, but we can't help that shipment is delayed for a couple days. Please make perfect quality ones instead. Also, please tell me the approximate schedule for the the shipment once you find out.
Regarding invoice
Even though I issued only one purchase order, I have received two invoices.
Please consolidate into one invoice.
The scheduled shipping is too late for us. We have talked about the partial shipping by air, did you forget about this?
Regarding the late shipping
I understand the situation. I will cancel the courier arrangement. I want the item as quick as possible, but I had to accept the minor delay so that you will manufacture good quality item.
Please kindly let me know when you know the approximate shipping date.

Would you make them into one invoice?
We're sure you have told us that you could ship a part of order by air first because the delivery day was too late.
Delay of delivery
We've understood the situation. We're going to get a courier cancelled. There is nothing we can do with it because the delivery is delayed, but please make sure with the perfect quality of product. It would be appreciated if you could let us know the delivery schedule.
