私たちが考えるにはアカウントがサスペンドされた原因はネガティブフィードバックの多さだと思っています。その理由の多くが商品が届くのが遅いといったものです。(調べてもらえれば分かると思いますが、Amazonの配送予定日内には届いているものもあるのですが、お客様には遅いと感じているようです。)
私たちにはその改善の準備が出来ています。さらに届くのが早い発送方法で送ろうと思っています。
どうすればアカウントが再開できるのか教えてください。

We think that the reason our account has been suspended is because of the many negative feedback we got. Many gave us the negative feedback because it took a while for the items to be delivered. (If you check about it, I think you will know, but they received the items within the delivery schedule dates of Amazon, but somehow they felt the items came late.)
We are ready to improve the situation. We are thinking of shipping items with a much faster shipping method.
Please let us know what should we do in order to reactivate our account?

For what we think, I think the reason for the account being suspended is that there were a lot of negative feedbacks. The reason for most of those feedbacks are because there was a delay in the arrival of item. (You can see it if you check it out, but there are items which arrived within the estimated delivery date of Amazon, but the customers seem to think they are late.)
