私たちが考えるにはアカウントがサスペンドされた原因はネガティブフィードバックの多さだと思っています。その理由の多くが商品が届くのが遅いといったものです。（調べてもらえれば分かると思いますが、Amazonの配送予定日内には届いているものもあるのですが、お客様には遅いと感じているようです。）
私たちにはその改善の準備が出来ています。さらに届くのが早い発送方法で送ろうと思っています。

どうすればアカウントが再開できるのか教えてください。

Hello.

For what we think, I think the reason for the account being suspended is that there were a lot of negative feedbacks. The reason for most of those feedbacks are because there was a delay in the arrival of item. (You can see it if you check it out, but there are items which arrived within the estimated delivery date of Amazon, but the customers seem to think they are late.)
We have prepared for the improvement of that matter. We are thinking of sending the items by faster methods.

Please tell me how to reinstate this account.
