Japan Post informed us that the product we sent out yesterday exceeded the defined size of their Small Packet. We then promptly sent out the product again by EMS. It will arrive in 3-10 days, and the new tracking number is ○○.

We were informed by Japanese Post yesterday that the package we delivered was oversized from the standard of small packet. Therefore, we resent the item through EMS right away. The item will arrive in 3-10 business days. The new tracking number is OO. Of coure, we are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
