I live in Japan.
The other day, I sold the microscopes to two different customers. They both returned the item immediately with the problem listed below.

As for the first model, the device only works with batteries inserted, not with the cable plugged in. They tried many different times, but the plug was inserted correctly.
And for the second model, with the cable plugged in, the display lit up, but it did not display any words.

Supposedly they are both covered under a 2-year warranty. What should I do?

This is about two microscopes I bought in June.

I sold each of these to two different customers a few days ago. The following problems occured and they were immediately returned.

1. It works when using a battery, but when plugged in it dosen't. I confirmed many times that the plug was connected correctly.
