6月に私が購入した2台の顕微鏡についてです。

私は日本に住んでいます。
私は日本でこの商品を先日別々の顧客に1台ずつ販売しました。すると、以下のような不

具合があったとしてすぐに返品されました。

1台目。電池では動作するが、電源ケーブルをつなぐと動作しない。何度も確認したが、プラグは正しく接続されている。
2台目。電源ケーブルとの接続で、ディスプレーは点灯するが、文字が全く表示されない。

2年間の保証が付いていると聞いています。どうすればよいでしょうか？

Regarding the two microscopes I purchased in June.

I live in Japan.
I sold the two microscopes separately to different customers the other day. The items were returned immediately because of the defects listed below.

First: It works with a battery, but it doesn't work with the power adapter. They checked it again and again, but the plug was connected correctly.
Second: The display turns on when it's connected with the power adapter, but it won't display any character.

I heard they came with two year warranties. What should I do?
