6月に私が購入した2台の顕微鏡についてです。

私は日本でこの商品を先日別々の顧客に1台ずつ販売しました。すると、以下のような不

具合があったとしてすぐに返品されました。

1台目。電池では動作するが、電源ケーブルをつなぐと動作しない。何度も確認したが、プラグは正しく接続されている。
2台目。電源ケーブルとの接続で、ディスプレーは点灯するが、文字が全く表示されない。

2年間の保証が付いていると聞いています。どうすればよいでしょうか？

I am inquiring about the two microscopes I purchased in July.

I live in Japan.
The other day, I sold the microscopes to two different customers. They both returned the item immediately with the problem listed below.

As for the first model, the device only works with batteries inserted, not with the cable plugged in. They tried many different times, but the plug was inserted correctly.
And for the second model, with the cable plugged in, the display lit up, but it did not display any words.

Supposedly they are both covered under a 2-year warranty. What should I do?
