6月に私が購入した2台の顕微鏡についてです。

私は日本に住んでいます。
私は日本でこの商品を先日別々の顧客に1台ずつ販売しました。すると、以下のような不

具合があったとしてすぐに返品されました。

1台目。電池では動作するが、電源ケーブルをつなぐと動作しない。何度も確認したが、プラグは正しく接続されている。
2台目。電源ケーブルとの接続で、ディスプレーは点灯するが、文字が全く表示されない。

2年間の保証が付いていると聞いています。どうすればよいでしょうか？

This is about two microscopes I bought in June.

I live in Japan.
I sold each of these to two different customers a few days ago. The following problems occured and they were immediately returned.

1. It works when using a battery, but when plugged in it dosen't. I confirmed many times that the plug was connected correctly.
2. When plugged in, the display lights up but there aren't any characters.

I hear there's a two year warantee on these items. What do you think we should do?
