I requested two refunds.
As for the first request, out of the six orders, one distributor in Florida contacted that one cup was broken at the time of arrival. I received a refund of $100 after forwarding an attachment picture from the distributor. Afterwards, when I inspected products that arrived from the Floridan distributor, I found out that another cup was missing.
We requested a different refund with an picture attached, but this one is not processing well.

The first is, I recieved contact from a Florida intermediary shipper that when a six piece set arrived, one of the cups was cracked. So after receiving a photo from the intermediary shipper and confirmation from the seller a refund of 100 dollars was recieved.
After that, when I got the items from the intermediary shipper and checked them, one more cup was broken.
I also photographed this one and sent a photo to the seller, but after repeated attempts to request a refund no progress was made.
