8月11日に開店4周年記念としてマグロの解体ショーをやります。大きなマグロをプロの職人がさばく様子を楽しみいただけます。
11時半と13時の2回に分けてやりますので、新鮮なマグロを使ったスペシャルメニュー堪能してください。
当日限りのマグロを使った特別メニューで大トロ、中トロ握り、カマ焼きや煮つけなどをご用意いたします。
またディナーには特別企画としてフレンチシェフとワインソムリエを迎えて、和食とフレンチのフードマッチングやセッションを行います。

We are having a tuna dissection show as the 4th anniversary of the open of our restaurant on August 11th. You will see a chef dissecting a huge tuna.
It is being holding at 11:30am and 1:00pm, and you can enjoy special meals with the fresh tuna.
We will serve Oh-toro sushi, Chu-toro sushi, Kama-yaki (grilled meat cut from around the gills), Nitsuke (tuna cooked in sake and soy sauce) etc. that will be served on only that day.
Moreover, we will invite a French chef and a sommelier, and we will perform Japanese-French cooking session.

Since there are two displays scheduled at AM11:30 and PM1:00, please enjoy having the menus fresh from the filleting display.
We will be ready for serving only for the day special menu including the sushi with fat under berry of tune and the medium fatty tuna toppings, the grilled gill area of tune and the fish with soy source and sugar.
In addition, we will have a special program for the dinner, while inviting the French cuisine chef and the sommelier, for collaboration of Japanese cooking and French cuisine. Please make advance reservation and visit us.
