・ほつれがあり穴があいている
・ウエスト部分にハンガー跡が強く残っている
また腰部分にロゴがあるので、これは明らかにキャリー品、或いは貸出用で使用されていたものではないか。
まず、代替えを至急手配いただきたい。
なぜこのような物が送られてきたのか、出荷時の検品はどのようになっているか説明がほしい。
ブランドイメージの失墜になりますよ。

Today my order arrived.
I am contacting you to let you know there was a problem with one of the items.

* The material on the knees is stretched and worn out
* There are holes and spots the material is frayed
* There are clear markings from a hangar in the waist area
There is a logo in the waist area, so this clearly seems to be either an old style or one that has been used.
Please send me a replacement right away.
I would also appreciate an explanation as to why this was sent and how it was not noticed during a pre-shipping inspection.
Things like this hurt the appeal of the brand.

- The cloth in the knees is stretched and it is worn out.
- There is a hole because of a frayed spot.
- There are strong traces of marks left by the hanger around the waist area.
I am wondering if this product is a leftover stock or intended for rental because of the logo on the hip area.
First, I want to have this item replaced immediately.
Then, I want to have an explanation as to why this item was sent, and what kind of inspection was done at the time of shipping?
This has a negative effect on your brand.
