As I mentioned on your first enquiry, the purchase would be at the Post office. However, it seems you did not go to collect it. We cannot refund your money until the item is returned back to us.
The requirements of your request has been confirmed on Amazon. The regulations states that an item must be checked and returned to the prior seller with a deduction for the shipping/postage before the purchaser can get a refund.
