発送元(商品の仕入れ元)から3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account #.を取るように言われました。
現在発送元が、UPSに配送代金を支払っています。

I'm thinking of opening a UPS account. I currently receive business packages via domestic shipping on a weekly basis. My supplier asked me to get a 3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account number. The supplier currently pays the UPS shipping costs. How can I acquire a shipping account number? What exactly is involved? My website ID is below.

I have been advised to set up an account from the Shipping point (Product supplier point) to the 3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account.
Currently the shippiing point is paying the delivery fees to UPS.
How am I able to obtain a 3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account and what would be included in this account?
