現在発送元が、UPSに配送代金を支払っています。

I would like to obtain a UPS account. Currently I am receiving goods that are transported to me domestically every week.
This is for business purposes.
I have been advised to set up an account from the Shipping point (Product supplier point) to the 3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account.
Currently the shippiing point is paying the delivery fees to UPS.
How am I able to obtain a 3rd party UPS/Fedex shipping account and what would be included in this account?
