• Edge Transport (ET) role được bố trí vào vùng DMZ/Perimeter, được bảo vệ bởi hệ thống External Firewall. Hệ thống External Firewall này hoạt động như hệ thống an ninh tầng thứ nhất cho toàn mạng của Ajinomoto.
• Client Access, HUB Transport và Mailbox (CAS/HUB/MBX) role được bố trí trong vùng Internal VLAN với mức bảo mật cao nhất.
• 02 máy chủ đóng vai trò CAS/HUB/MBX được cấu hình khả năng dự phòng lỗi DAG cho dữ liệu thư điện tử. Mỗi Mailbox server trong cluster này đấu nối vào hệ thống lưu trữ SAN. Ngoài ra, cấu hình 02 máy chủ với tính năng Client Access Array và DNS Round Robin.
• Giữ nguyên các chính sách gửi nhận thư cơ bản và chỉnh sửa hoặc bổ sung theo yêu cầu.

• Edge Transport (ET) role is arranged on the DMZ/Perimeter, protected by External Firewall system. The system works like External Firewall security system for the entire first layer of Ajinomoto network.
• Client Access, Hub Transport and Mailbox (CAS/HUB/MBX) role is arranged in the Internal VLAN with the highest level of security.
• 2 servers with CAS/HUB/MBX role is configured DAG failover capabilities for email data. Each Mailbox server in the cluster connected to SAN storage system. Besides, 2 servers will be configured with Client Access Array features and DNS Round Robin.
• Retain the basic sending and receiving message policies and edit or add on demand.

• Khả năng mở rộng khó khăn khi số lượng người dùng phát triển nhanh và không thể phân tải trên nhiều máy chủ khác nhau. Can not fully protect users' data across the system. System is easily to be overwhelmed when a large number of visitors with email storage and large attachment and send to multiple different mail groups.

• Thường xuyên theo dõi và hỗ trợ người dùng khi mất tài khoản e-mail hoặc quên mật khẩu. Người quản trị phải quản lý đồng thời nhiều hệ thống Active Directory tại các Site và hệ thống mail vận hành độc lập.
• Tài khoản và mật khẩu thư điện tử khác với tài khoản và mật khẩu của AD. Người dùng phải nhớ nhiều hơn 1 tài khoản dẫn đến dễ bị mất hoặc quên mật khẩu.

• Develop structure platform of Active Directory following Root- Child domain model.
• The email system will be setup at root domain.
• Standardize the username of the user logged in the units.
• Step to step standardize towoards to Single-sign-on goal for the whole system of the office departments.

 Requirement:
• Với mục tiêu tiến tới Chính phủ điện tử theo lộ trình phát triển CNTT của nhà nước, Sở TTTT TP.HCM xây dựng dự án triển khai nền tảng hệ thống có khả năng: Quản lý tài nguyên hệ thống và người dùng một cách tập trung; Ban hành các chính sách quản lý CNTT từ cấp thành phố xuống các đơn vị trực thuộc; Hệ thống thư điện tử dùng chung cho toàn thành phố.
• Nền tảng này phải đảm bảo tính ổn định, vững chắc và thống nhất trên toàn phạm vi các Sở/ Ban/ Ngành và phù hợp với lộ trình phát triển trong tương lai.

Requirement:

• Ngoài kết nối hạ tầng mạng Metronet chung của Thành phố, tất cả các hệ thống của các đơn vị Sở/ Ban/ Ngành trực thuộc quản lý của Sở TTTT TP.HCM đều hoạt động riêng lẻ, không đồng nhất.

Besides Metronet network infrastructure of the city, all system of office departments under the management of Ho Chi Minh Department of Information and Communications are individual activities, not heterogeneity.

SAS agrees to notify Partner in writing of any such claim, to allow Partner to control the litigation or settlement of any such claim and to cooperate with Partner in the investigation, defense and settlement thereof; provided, however, the Partner may not settle such claim without SAS’ prior written consent. Partner shall defend, indemnify and hold SAS Institute Inc., its Affiliates, and their respective officers, director, employees, agents, owners, representatives, successors and assigns harmless from and against any liability damages, costs or expenses for claims by any third party arising out of Partner’s products, services, or activities relating to the SAS Global Alliance Program or any agreement entered into thereto, including but not limited to, the LCA

1. Đối tác có trách nhiệm bảo vệ, bồi thường và tạm giữ SAS Institue Inc., các Đại lý của nó, và các văn phòng đại diện, giám đốc, nhân viên, tác nhân, chủ sở hữu, đại diện, người thừa kế và chỉ định vô hại từ việc chống lại bất kì các trách nhiệm thiệt hại, chi phí hoặc các khoản chi cho khiếu nại bởi bất kì bên thứ ba nào phát sinh từ các sản phẩm của Đối tác, các dịch vụ, hoặc hoạt động liên quan đến Chương trình liên minh toàn cầu của SAS hoặc bất kì thỏa thuận bổ sung nào, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn LCA

5. The provision of this Section shall not apply to any information or material which: is or becomes public knowledge other than by breach of this Section; is in the possession of the receiving party without restriction in relation to disclosure before the date of receipt from the disclosing party; is received form a third party who lawfully acquired it and who is under no obligation restricting its disclosure; is independently developed without access to the Confidential Information; or is required to be disclosed by any court, tribunal, judicial body or other governmental authority or stock exchange

5. Quy định ở Mục này có thể không áp dụng với bất kì thông tin hoặc tài liệu: trở thành kiến thức công khai khác hơn là vi phạm Mục này; là sở hữu của bên tiếp nhận mà không bị hạn chế liên quan trước ngày công bố của bên tiết lộ; nhận được hình thức từ bên thứ ba, có được một cách hợp pháp và không bị giới hạn trong việc công bố; được phát triển độc lập mà không phải truy xuất vào Thông tin bí mật; hoặc được yêu cầu công bố bởi bất kì tòa án, cơ quan tư pháp hoặc bất kì cơ quan chính phủ khác hay sàn chứng khoán.

3. To the extent that any applicable law limits or does not allow limitations of liability or exclusions for incidental or consequential damages, or damages caused by SAS’ gross negligence or willful misconduct, the provisions of this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4. This section does not apply to the indemnification obligations in Section 13 or to either party’s violation of the other’s intellectual property rights. The limitations in this Section shall apply even if any of the warranties provided in Section 11 fail of their essential purpose.

3. Trong giới hạn pháp luật hiện hành hoặc không cho phép hạn chế hoặc loại trừ trách nhiệm cho các thiệt hại ngẫu nhiên hoặc do hậu quả, hoặc thiệt hại gây ra bởi hành vi cố ý làm sai hoặc cẩu thả của SAS, qui định của Mục này được áp dụng đến mức tối đa của pháp luật hiện hành.
4. Phần này không áp dụng với các nghĩa vụ bồi thường trong Mục 13 hoặc một trong hai bên vi phạm quyền sở hữu của bên kia. Những hạn chế của Mục này được áp dụng ngay cả khi sự bảo đảm ở Mục 11 không thành về mục đích thích yếu của họ.
