これは次々と出てくる新しいリチウムイオン電池新しい正極材料に対して対応できるようにするためです

We would like you to use this for the smartgrit systems. This product is compatible with them. The special function of this is to eliminate the noise. When it comes to a high-voltage cirucuit we have problems with its noise in cells or coming from its inverter but as I already told you, this is compatible with many positive-electrode materials. You will be able to see how much dispersion our product causes or in what kind of conditions it makes dispersion by arbitrarily setting the threshold level and manually equalize the voltage.
