ebayのバイヤーからリターンリクエストがありました。商品をメーカーにも確認したところポリマークレイではないそうです。
こちらには落ち度はないのですが… 仕方ないです。不快感を与えないよう、やんわりとした文章にしていただければと思います。

Horrible ! Not polymer clay. Not good at all ! Its alful to work with. It drys spongey,really !? What is this clay ? Not useable.

さて、ご注文の商品の件ですが、この商品はもともとポリマークレイではありません。
パッケージにはポリマークレイとは表記していません。(メーカーのDAISOにも確認)
自然乾燥で固まる手芸、工作ねんどで、紙ねんどに似た ねんど として販売されています。
おそらくお客様がポリマークレイと思い違いされて購入されたのではないかと思います。

It’s not noted polymer clay on the package(confirmed the manufacturer Daiso as well)
This one is sold as clay for handmade crafts which gets solid by air dry which is similar to paper clay.
I guess the customer purchased it mistaking it as polymer clay.
