パッケージにはポリマークレイとは表記していません。(メーカーのDAISOにも確認)
自然乾燥で固まる手芸、工作ねんどで、紙ねんどに似た ねんど として販売されています。
おそらくお客様がポリマークレイと思い違いされて購入されたのではないかと思います。

Regarding the item you want to return, please note that this item is not polymer clay.
On the package, it does not say "polymer clay", either. (I confirmed it with the maker "DAISO".)
It is a clay for craft and hobby use that hardens through natural drying and is similar to papier-mache.
I'm afraid that you mistook it for polymer clay.
