Recently I have obtained the packing list. Prior to that the details of the size could not be confirmed. Was the customer's purchase order processed and forwarded to the manufacturer? Could you please advise in which format of the sheet it was forwarded? If it was not processed, the manufacturer would be producing with wrong size descriptions, so would you please negotiate for return? The size balance are not of ladies sizes so no attention for the item would be caught by any stores.
