・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は違約金が発生。
・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は契約無効とし、支払い済みの費用を返金する。
・但し弊社との合意があれば上記違約金の支払い、又は契約解除、返金の回避は可能。
