充電器は昨晩より繋ぎっぱなしでも充電完了とならなかった為、外していた所から再度接続しています。
動画から分かる通り電圧はDCxxVとなっており、スロットルレバーを動かしてもモーターは回りません。
先日のメール以降、電源を入れて実際にしばらく乗ってみましたが電動では動きません。その為、通常のキックボードとして乗っています。
その他こちらで確認して欲しい箇所があれば指示して下さい。
この状況はとても悲しいので、早急な対応をお願いします。

The charger had been connected since last night but it was not fully charged in the end, so I started charging it again from the point I disconnect it.
As you can see in the video, the voltage is at DCxxV and the motor will not start working when the throttle lever is moved.
After your email a few days ago, I rode on it for a while with the power turned on, but it won’t run on electricity. Therefore, I have been riding on it as a regular scooter.
