By using merit of infrastructure in Thailand, it is strongly required to reinforce the organization where Thailand is a central spot and make management localized to develop the countries around it.
In the meanwhile, ability of management and leadership of Thai staff in Japanese company has hardly been developed, and leadership training for the Thai staff is strongly required.
