今回のオーダーはアマゾンによって履行された為、商品到着遅延の理由をこちらでは確認する事が出来ませんでした

私は指示通りにセラーパフォーマンスチームに連絡をとりました
しかし14日経った今もそれに対する対応は何もありません
またAは未だにポリシー違反を継続している
私はこれにより公平な販売機会を失っている

As this order was fulfilled by Amazon, I could not confirm the reason of such delay.
I am sorry to trouble you, but please contact Amazon Customer Support in case you need further support.


I contacted the the Seller Performance Team according to your instruction, but after 14 days passed there has come no response or action to that yet.
Furthermore, A is still continuing the policy violation.
I have been losing the fair sale opportunity in this way .

I am very sorry for the product to have arrived late.
This order was processed by Amazon, so in our side we could not understand the reason why the product had arrived late.
Would you mind if you contact Amazon Customer Support when you need more support?

However, I do not get any responses even now with 14 days gone.
Also, A still continue to offend the policy.
