The air cap is a very important part of the spray gun and if it comes off easily, the product cannot be used with peace of mind. Your company's spray gun is very easy to use and I like it a lot. However, I exchanged a faulty product and got another faulty product in exchange, which I find very unfortunate.
Because I received a faulty product and was forced to send it back for a good one I had to pay extra shipping fees which I would not have had to pay if I had received a good product the first time. And I do not plan to spend any more money on such fees.
