久留米市は、来訪者増や地域のにぎわい、経済活性化などにつなげることを目的に、今年度中に「久留米市観光・MICE戦略プラン」を策定する。プランづくりには市民の意見を取り入れるため、観光関連の事業者などとつくるワーキンググループに参加する委員の募集を開始した。

With the aim to increase visitors and to connect to the local prosperity and economic activation, Kurume City formulates "Kurume City Tourism and MICE Strategy Plan within this fiscal year. In order to incorporate the opinions of citizens, they started to recruit members of the working group that will be made with tourism-related business opeartors.
The working group meeting will be held in the city office, about 5 times in the daytime of weekdays, starting from the end of August and ending in March next year. The group members are targeted to people over 18 years old living in Kurume. And two people will be assigned.
