- Apologies for my explanation being short. The land under the subject BB project this time would be a very limited part of the entire land. A corporation is planning to purchase all of it first, then detach the project area from the rest and set it up as a separate land. The land used for BB will be only a part of the whole land of the subject. A company is considering to acquire the whole land then separate only the necessary part of land for BB project. Therefore, If C company would like to use the land for BB project, they have to ask the permission to use and pass through the land that is owned by A Company.
