・すみません、私の説明不足でした。今回BBプロジェクトの対象となる土地は、土地全体のうちの、ごく一部となります。A社としては、全部の土地を取得した後、土地全体からBBプロジェクトの対象となる部分を切り離し、別の土地とすることを考えています。したがって、C社がBBの対象地を使うためには、A社の土地を通過・使用する必要があります。

・この条文はDDについて言及しているのでしょうか？BBプロジェクトは小規模のプロジェクトなので、すでにDDを終えていると思います。

- Apologies for my explanation being short. The land under the subject BB project this time would be a very limited part of the entire land. A corporation is planning to purchase all of it first, then detach the project area from the rest and set it up as a separate land. Therefore, in order for C corporation to use the subject land for BB project, it will have to pass/use the land belongs to A corporation.

- Does this text refer to DD? In my understanding DD is already finished since BB project is relatively a small one.
