・すみません、私の説明不足でした。今回BBプロジェクトの対象となる土地は、土地全体のうちの、ごく一部となります。A社としては、全部の土地を取得した後、土地全体からBBプロジェクトの対象となる部分を切り離し、別の土地とすることを考えています。したがって、C社がBBの対象地を使うためには、A社の土地を通過・使用する必要があります。

・この条文はDDについて言及しているのでしょうか？BBプロジェクトは小規模のプロジェクトなので、すでにDDを終えていると思います。

I am afraid there is some misunderstanding due to my poor explanation.
The land used for BB will be only a part of the whole land of the subject. A company is considering to acquire the whole land then separate only the necessary part of land for BB project. Therefore, If C company would like to use the land for BB project, they have to ask the permission to use and pass through the land that is owned by A Company.

Is this article regarding to Due Diligence? I assume Due Diligence is already completed since the project size is small.
