それなのになぜバイヤーが保障されるのですか？

バイヤーへ返金されるのであれば私の商品を返品してください。
このようなことが発生することは理解に苦しむ。私の国ではありえません。

This is a very serious problem.
I must know the definite reason why the buyer got compensation.

As you know, I did provide the tracking number to you. And it clearly showed the item was delivered to the buyer on January 2, 2014. Nontheless, why the buyer was able to be compensated?

While the buyer receive the refund, I claim for my item to be returned.
Never can I understand such a thing could happen. This would never happen in my country.

I demand a convincing reason for this as well as return of my item.

I put priority to safety arrival of packages rather than reducing the shipping costs.
