First of all, for the first product, out of 6 pieces, only 1 is available. For the second product, out of 10 pieces, only 3 is available. Finally for the third product, out of 10 pieces, only 4 is available.
Some of the stock for the first product at store O was unaccounted for and I should have notified this issue to you from the start .

On the 17 November 2013, at 12:22am, I sent a final email to confirm if the custom duty was 44￡.
After the confirmation email reply came, I had prepared the custom duties refund.
However, there was no reply from the buyer.
In spite of that, all of a sudden, I received a request, requesting for a claim and that surprised me.
It really is regretful.
I find it rather odd that the original custom duty was 44￡, but it was increased to 45￡.
As a Japanese, I will keep to my word and finish the correspondence until the end.
I will wait for the final custom duty contact from the buyer.
