One of our customers who bought your "Reading Pillow" wants to have its Pillow Cover.
However, we were not able to find one on your website.
Did they go out of production by any chance?
In case they are going to arrive, when will they be?
And if they were discontinued and will not arrive again, could you let us know any substitutable products?

I received the items I ordered on December 12th yesterday.

There are some items that are not enough in number and others that are wrong.
We ordered 10 white pillow covers, we got only 7 though.
Instead, you sent us 3 cuddles, which we didn't order.

We received wrong items about two months ago. In our contact at that time (please check the emails around November 13th) you told us to send back the wrong items in case we receive wrong ones again. Is it okay for you to send back the wrong items altogether?

We ordered 10 white pillow covers and only received 7.
You sent us 3 Cuddlers instead. We did not order those.

We received wrong items from you about two months ago. In our contact at the time (please check emails around November 13th), you told us to send them back to you together with any wrong items we should receive next time. Is it okay for us to send back the previous wrong items with the wrong ones we received this time?
