昨日、12月12日に注文した商品を受け取った。
その中で、数が足りない商品と、間違って送られてきた商品があった。
私達は白の枕カバーを10個注文したが、実際に送られてきたのは7個だった。
また、注文していないCuddlerが3個送られてきた。
2ヶ月ほど前に間違った商品が送られてきた時、次に間違った商品が送られてきた場合は一緒に返品を受け付けて下さいとお願いした。
(11月13日ごろのメールを参照して下さい。)
その時の商品と今回間違って送らてきた商品を一緒に返品しますがOKですか?
I received the items I ordered on December 12th yesterday.
There are some items that are not enough in number and others that are wrong.
We ordered 10 white pillow covers, we got only 7 though.
Instead, you sent us 3 cuddles, which we didn't order.
We received wrong items about two months ago. In our contact at that time (please check the emails around November 13th) you told us to send back the wrong items in case we receive wrong ones again. Is it okay for you to send back the wrong items altogether?
