If I receive an email from a buyer with the title Order cancellation request from Amazon customer, is there any problem with processing by Click on Order ID => Cancel order => Reason for Cancellation (cancel by buyer) ?

今回ＦＢＡ倉庫に３つの荷物を送りましたが追跡番号○○の荷物が途中でストップしてしまいました。Fedexから受取人であるアマゾンの電話番号もしくはeメール、それと担当者の名前を教えて欲しいと言われました。
もしこれが可能であれば無事に商品を納品することが出来るようです。可能であれば受取担当の連絡先と名前を教えて下さい。

投稿した際にタイトルが英語以外だとエラーになってしまいます。
URLに英語以外受け付けない設定はどこかでしていますか？
MySQLの設定はUTFになってたので問題ないと思います。
アドバイスでも構いませんので教えてもらえますか？

以下、サンプルURLになります。上のページが表示エラーになります。

あとタイトルが140文字以上だとTweetボタンにURLが表示されません。
個人的にはURL自体をタイトル名ではなく、投稿のIDにした方が良いと思います。

転がしてみたところ、シャフト中央に隙間ができます。

2回連続で同症状が発生していますが、

Same things happed twice in a row, is it because of malfunction in the shaft?
Or is it because of specification?
