私は、日本で人気のある商品を中心に、顧客満足をミッションとして、ジャンルを問わず販売しています。現在、販売しているリストの中には、音楽関係の商品はそれほどないのですが、過去にはスピーカーやヘッドホンを含め多く取り扱ってきました。今回購入した商品は日本でとても人気があります。今後このような人気のある音楽関係のジャンルに絞り込む戦略で営業してきたいと考えており、御社と良い関係で取引していければうれしく思います。

I sell various categories focusing on items popular in Japan in order to to satisfy my customers. Currently on the sales list there are no much items related to music, but in the past I have been handling many items including speakers and head phones. The item I bought this time is very popular in Japan. For the future I am planning sales strategy focusing on popular music category like this, and I'd be happy if I can keep good partnership with you.

Regarding the contract, as details are specified in Japanese contract it's taking longer for creating contract and checking by governmental organization than I expected.
Therefore this time, I will contract with the document I sent yesterday in which trading terms and conditions are mentioned.

You said you would find out the arrival date of sealing machine by 4th, have you found out?
Please let me know the start date of production of the item, scheduled completion of production and scheduled dispatch date. To go with that, I have to reserve acceptance and inspection at the customs.

Also, have you checked code number to be written on carton boxes and had it approved?
