Yamamoto sent you an email in June informing that the payment was mistakenly made to your account at Japan Post. After that we asked post office but they replied that only account holder can withdraw transferred money. Please let us ask you about refunding measure of the money we mistakenly paid to. We will be waiting for your reply.
