メンズの最終オーダーですが、30日週東京でルームス展示会があるのでそのクライアントにもアプローチかけますので、９月４日に延ばせませんか。
ご報告ですが、 あなたから紹介いただいた会社の担当者とコンタクト済みで進捗については追って報告します。また、 A社には、ショーの予定は現在ないことを説明して８月２３日週に東京展示会の呼び込みをしました。 もう一度確認ですが、前シーズンは7月末に全量入荷でしたが、今シーズンはまだ残り５００ピースほどあります。

In terms of the last order for Men's, is it possible to extend to September 4th? I am planning to approach to the client who will come to the Room's fair in the week of 30th.
Just a status update, I have already made a contact to the company which you introduced. I will update the status later on. Also to the company A, I explained that there were no show planned at this moment, and invited to the Tokyo fair in the week of Aug 23rd.
Confirming once again, all item came in by the end of July last season, but we still have about 500 pcs left this season.

We've received good feedback on tops. For bottoms, the feedback was that it would be better if we had a bit more variety. Also we received good feedback on parody T-shirts and linen tops & bottoms. As for separated order, they say they want to proceed with something like cut and sewn, since knit in the correction is wool, which has limited sale period. I am expecting to have meeting with other customers in the week of 16th in Osaka, and in the week of 23rd in Tokyo. However to be honest, customers as well as our sales staffs are so worried about the continuous cancellation. Please share us the latest status about it.

2 pairs of pants have been arrived, but one of them are with the color which is not on the price list. If there is no 2 colors in lineup, which color is the real one? Also, in terms of the knit A and B, both of them are described as blue on each of sample tag. Which knit is blue?

運賃と商品単価については了解した。

私は在庫を持つ商売はしない。

外国から大量に輸入して販売する洋服屋は日本に多数あるが、
よほど価格メリットがないと展示販売は難しいだろうと考える。

現在は少品種多ロットを扱う時代ではなく、小ロット多品種を扱う時代だ。

しかし、私もインド風の女性向け衣装にはビジネスチャンスを感じている。

WEBを利用して、個人向けに小量を多数販売していく必要がある、と私は考える。

WEBで受注した小ロットの商品に対して、
なるべく運賃を抑え、かつ利益を出してビジネスをしなければならない。

そのために、個人で購入する規模の注文総額を聞いたのだ。

tnt や dhl は量が大きく運賃が高額であると感じる。

インドにおける、もっと量が少なく運賃が小額である輸送方法を調査して欲しい。

日本には、EMSがある。

インドには、EMS のようなものは無いのか？

I have understood about the shipping cost and unit price.

I do not do any business which needs to own inventory.

There are many clothiers which sell large amount of imported clothes, but I think it is quite hard to sell by exibition unless it has enough price advantage.

These days are the era of small lot & multi variety, not the era of large lot & few variety.

However, I also feel the business opportunity on Indian clothing for women.

I think it is necessary to sell small amount of goods to large number of customers by using web.

For the small lot goods which were ordered via web, I need to run the profitable business by reducing shipment cost.

For that purpose, I asked the total order amount which can be purchased by a person.

I feel TNT and DHL requires large volume, and expensive.

I would like you to search for any shipment method which are lower cost and smaller volume.

There is EMS in JPN.

御社のブランドは、すごくこだわって生産しています。特にメンズのシャツが、売れ筋です。
レディースは、展開ラインが増えてお客さんの反応がよくなってきています。
問題点が、御社のブランドが９月以降にプレゼンすることはわかっております。
その上でサンプルの上がりが遅いことです。なぜなら春夏に関して言いますと弊社取り扱いブランドは、７月メンズ８月レディース卸し先の展示会をします。そして９月以降だとお客さんの予算が少なくなります。また、９月以降にアメリカで受注希望する場合は、日本人のバイヤーはプレゼンの内容や話題を聞いてから展示会に興味を示します。改善点としては、できれば遅くても７月中旬にサンプルが欲しいです。その時に必ず絵型とプライスリスト、プレゼン資料など欲しいです。また、生産背景を理解した上ですが、キャンセル品番が多いことです。特に毎シーズン受注があるＲさんのキャンセル率が３０％でした。もしこの状況が続くとＲさんとの取引が本当に難しくなります。最後にＳＳ１０からＨさんと取引をするようになりました。
ＨやＲさんは、限定商品を欲しがりますのでその時はお願いします。

We recognize that your brands have been produced with persistency. Especially shirts for men's are sold well.
The customer response for women's is getting better by the increased lineup.
Concern is, even though we understand that the brand presentation is scheduled in September or later, the late production of sample. We hold trade show in July for men's and in August for women's in terms of spring-summer model. And customer budgest will be limited after September. Also Japanese buyers show interests on trade show only after reviewing the presentation and hearing the reputation.
As improvement, We would like to suggest you to provide us samples by mid July at latest. Also we would like to have image drawing, price list, and presentation deck, etc. along with samples.
Especially the cancellation rate from R, who orders every season, was 30%. If this situtation continues, the deal with R may gets really difficult.
At last, we started dealing with H from SS10.
H and R tends to purchase limited products. Please pay special attention on it.

長野県在住の一般消費者が、東京在住の個人で運営しているインターネットサイトで
ヴィンテージ風ポロシャツを購入した。その消費者が、商品を受け取り確認したところ偽物ではないかと思い、販売元に確認したが、「本物の商品だ」という回答。
消費者は、不安に思い、日本での代理店である山本社に商品確認の依頼をした。
山本社から、似寄りの形で色違い（ボルドー）があったため、確認したところ
何点かのポイントで違いがありました。

A general consumer who lives in Nagano prefecture purchased a vintage-look polo shirt at an internet shop which is run by an indivisual who lives in Tokyo. The consumer doubted after receiving the product that it might be a fake, and asked the shop to confirm. The reply was "it is real".
The consumer still felt concern, and asked Yamamoto company which is the agency in Japan, to confirm.
The reply from Yamamoto company was that they recognized the color difference (Bordeaux) at a glance, and have found several discrepancies by detail checking.

3. It is printed as "make in China" in Chinese language on the back of cleaning instruction tag.
4. The cleaning instruction does not show "no chlorine exposure" and "dry cleaning".

1) Requesting to confirm with H company whether this product is fake or not.
2) Requesting for the explanation of countermeasure against fake products.

制作の流れは
●電話ファックスでの連絡（どんな船を造りたいか？)●スケールはいくつにするか？●図面はどこまであるか？ (旧船の場合、写真や一般配置図より推測して制作）●金額推定　●納期設定　●制作　●完成　●引き渡し　●代金受領、と大まかではありますが、模型船完成までの流れです。
細かい仕様（ケースの大きさ材質、輸送先、輸出等々）は個々に違いますのでその都度打ち合わせにて決めてゆきます。

The rough process of completing model boat production is as follows;
Contact by phone or fax (what kind of boat is desired) - scaling fix - check available drawing (especially for old boat, production can be done with photo and general location map) - pricing fix - delivery date fix - production - production accomplishment - delivery - payment.

Case study of actual customer
Here is the comment from a customer, Norihisa boat building, who used Fuji marine motor for tugboat.
"We took movie of the trial operation today under the fine weather condition. It just went great. Great things are fuel efficiency and high torque. I really feel I want to use it for the next model. 現存する艦載機
艦載機は、こちらも驚きのフルハンドメイド。
プラモデルではなく、木製です。世田谷に住んでいた、田中さんと いう物凄い職人さんが、一機一機木製削りだしで製作したそうです。
カラー写真は、アルバムと一緒に出てきた、予備の艦載機で40 年前の姿そのものです。
写真ではわかりにくいのですが、日の丸は烏口コンパスで仕上げて あります。

The vessel body is made of full plated brass. They are said it would cost more than 10 million yen if it would be made today.

Current existing carrier-based aircrafts
The carrier-based aircrafts are also surprisingly full hand crafted.
They are made from wood, not plastic. It is said Mr. Tanaka, the professional craftsman who used to live in Setagaya area, made one by one by shaping woods.
The color photograph which were found with album shows spare of carrier-based aircrafts, and they looks exactly as same as 40 years ago.
It is hard to tell from the picture, but the rising sun flag is written by coracoid compasses.
