その上でサンプルの上がりが遅いことです。なぜなら春夏に関して言いますと弊社取り扱いブランドは、7月メンズ8月レディース卸し先の展示会をします。そして9月以降だとお客さんの予算が少なくなります。また、9月以降にアメリカで受注希望する場合は、日本人のバイヤーはプレゼンの内容や話題を聞いてから展示会に興味を示します。改善点としては、できれば遅くても7月中旬にサンプルが欲しいです。その時に必ず絵型とプライスリスト、プレゼン資料など欲しいです。また、生産背景を理解した上ですが、キャンセル品番が多いことです。特に毎シーズン受注があるRさんのキャンセル率が30%でした。もしこの状況が続くとRさんとの取引が本当に難しくなります。最後にSS10からHさんと取引をするようになりました。

The problem is though I understand your brand will have presentation after September, the sample is late on that. Because when the summer of spring is said, our handling brand does the exhibition of wholesale of men's in Jul. and of ladies' in Aug. And, guest's budget decreases since September. Moreover, after hearing the content and the topic of the presentation, a Japanese buyer shows interest in the exhibition when their order is done in after September in US. Even latest, I want the sample as an improvement in the middle of July. I want the picture type, the price list, and the presentation material without fail in that time. Moreover, there are a lot of cancellation product numbers after understanding the production background. The cancellation rate of R who had every season order was especially 30%. If this situation continues, dealings with R really become difficult. Lastly, we came to have dealings with H from SS10.

The customer response for women's is getting better by the increased lineup.
Concern is, even though we understand that the brand presentation is scheduled in September or later, the late production of sample. We hold trade show in July for men's and in August for women's in terms of spring-summer model. And customer budgest will be limited after September. Also Japanese buyers show interests on trade show only after reviewing the presentation and hearing the reputation.
As improvement, We would like to suggest you to provide us samples by mid July at latest. Also we would like to have image drawing, price list, and presentation deck, etc. along with samples.
Especially the cancellation rate from R, who orders every season, was 30%. If this situtation continues, the deal with R may gets really difficult.
