長野県在住の一般消費者が、東京在住の個人で運営しているインターネットサイトで
ヴィンテージ風ポロシャツを購入した。その消費者が、商品を受け取り確認したところ偽物ではないかと思い、販売元に確認したが、「本物の商品だ」という回答。
消費者は、不安に思い、日本での代理店である山本社に商品確認の依頼をした。
山本社から、似寄りの形で色違い（ボルドー）があったため、確認したところ
何点かのポイントで違いがありました。

A general consumer of the Nagano Prefecture living in Tokyo bought a vintage style polo shirt on the internet. When the consumer receives and confirmed the commodity, he thought that it is an imitation, and confirmed it to the sales origin, but the answer is, "It is a genuine commodity".

The consumer still felt concern, and asked Yamamoto company which is the agency in Japan, to confirm.
The reply from Yamamoto company was that they recognized the color difference (Bordeaux) at a glance, and have found several discrepancies by detail checking.
