I am contacting you regarding MAC MA5100 amp. I have just checked preamp today and yesterday since I was out for business trip. What I've found out was that sound from left channel is not normal. The sound is too off-balanced to produce normal sound. The volume is also very low. Left channel on this amp is completely broken. It is defect. I am very disappointed.
