I just won the auction for ten of these items. Before you ship them, I just have a quick question. Are the products that I won the same as the one at the Amazon URL below? The packaging design seems a little bit different. The packaging is different but the contents are the same? Or is the product itself different? If the contents are the same, that's fine but if the product is different, I'm sorry but would I be able to cancel my bid? I await your reply.

以前セラーサポートに問い合わせたところ、「Product Tax Code (PTC)をG_GEN_NOTAXからA_GEN_NOTAX に変更すれば
課税されないようになる、とのことでした。
そして私は変更をしました。しかし、VATが課税されています

I have a question about the order ID above and the ASIN product.
As a published material this produced is not subject to VAT.
Previously, I spoke to the seller support and was told that by changing the Product Tax Code (PTC) from G_GEN_NOTAX to A_GEN_NOTAX, it would no longer be taxed.
Therefore, I changed it. However, VAT is being charged.
How do I correct this error?
