Samurai Venture SummitというStartUp企業が一同に集まるイベントに行きました。軒先の空きサービスを活用したサービス（nokisaki.com）や行った店の情報を共有するサービス（Retty.me）を運営している人と直接お話でき、大変良かったです。また、Samurai Shoutというプレゼン大会があり、大盛況でした。プレゼンターの中に知り合いがいて、久々に再会でき、とても嬉しかったです。新しいサービスがきっと日本を良くしていくのだと強く思いました。

I went to see the event, "Samurai Venture Summit" gathering StartUp enterprises. It was really good to have a talk with people running "nokisaki.com" which puts a vacant place of the eaves into practical use and "Retty.me" which presents a service that shares informations of the stores people went to. And there was a presentation convention called "Samurai Shout", it was really on a high note. One of the presenter was my acquaintance and it's been a long time since I met him last. I strongly suppose that new services drive Japan to a better world.

I have a question about your Beam Shaper.
Is it capable to be Flat Top without using Adjustment Ring if in the range of Working Distance?
Or, is Adjustment Ring necessary to set Flat Top? My understanding is the former, I understand that the Adjustment Ring is only for setting up condensing and divergence.

完璧主義の人は、配られたカードで戦うことを意識しよう

* 勝負しないのが一番簡単
何かをやろうとしたときに必ず思ってしまうのが「これとこれがあればできる」などです。たとえば、起業を目指しているとしましょう。その時に思うこととして
- 資金があればできる
- いいメンバーがいればできる
- こういうスキルがあればできる
などがあります。
どれも大切なので、獲得する努力は大切です。しかし、全部を完璧に取得しようとしたら、いつまでもたってもスタートすることができません。

* It is easiest not to fight
Things you inevitably think when you decided to do something is like "I can do it with this and that". For example, you are planning to found a company. At the time what you think is;
- I can do it if I had enough funds
- I can do it if I had good members
- I can do it if I had this kinds of skills
and so on.
Whichever is important, so it is good to have a effort of gaining. But, you can never start if you are to get all perfectly.
