返事が遅れた理由は、私はフロリダの転送会社から日本に商品を輸入している為です。その為、商品が届いたのが昨日です。商品が１つ足りない事に昨日気付きました。転送会社にも確認したのですが、アイテムは１つしか入っていなかったといいました。
再度、足りない分を送ってもらえますか？

今日一日ハードケースを開けた状態にしていましたが、中の接着剤とカビの臭いは全くとれませんでした。ギター本体にもその臭いが相当付着しており、臭いの除去にかなり悩んでいます。ケースを開けると、その臭いが部屋全体に充満するほど、強い刺激の臭いです。消臭剤もいくつか試してみましたが、臭いをとることはできませんでした。このような状態では、さすがに販売することができません。誠に申し訳ないのですが、返品させていただけないでしょうか？勿論、送料はこちらで負担いたします。

I kept the hard case open for an entire day today, but the smell of the glue and mold didn't go away at all. The guitar itself has the smell too and I don't know how to get rid of it. The smell is so strong that I once open the case my room gets completely filled with the smell. I tried using freshener but no luck. I can't sell it with this condition. I called the United States Postal Service and told them about the dilemma with the customs. They are going to contact them and get back to me. I also checked this website: http://www.customs.go.jp/english/summary/prohibit.htm and it doesn't say medical supplies anywhere. Maybe you can call the Japan Customs and tell them it doesn't say you can't ship medical supplies.
