今日一日ハードケースを開けた状態にしていましたが、中の接着剤とカビの臭いは全くとれませんでした。ギター本体にもその臭いが相当付着しており、臭いの除去にかなり悩んでいます。ケースを開けると、その臭いが部屋全体に充満するほど、強い刺激の臭いです。消臭剤もいくつか試してみましたが、臭いをとることはできませんでした。このような状態では、さすがに販売することができません。誠に申し訳ないのですが、返品させていただけないでしょうか？勿論、送料はこちらで負担いたします。

Although I keep opening the hardcase all day today, the inner adhesives and the smell of mold were not able to be taken at all. The smell is considerablly attached to the body of the guitar and I am so worry about removal of the smell. It is smell of a strong stimulus, so that the whole room will be full of the smell, if a case is opened. The smell was not able to be taken although I tried some deodorizers. In such the state, I cannot sell no matter how. I am very sorry but could you accept my returning it? Of course, I bear the shipping cost.

I kept the hard case open for an entire day today, but the smell of the glue and mold didn't go away at all. The guitar itself has the smell too and I don't know how to get rid of it. The smell is so strong that I once open the case my room gets completely filled with the smell. I tried using freshener but no luck. I can't sell it with this condition. I'm afraid I'd like to return it. Of course I'll pay for the shipping.
