I am inquiring about the two microscopes I purchased in July.

I live in Japan.
The other day, I sold the microscopes to two different customers. They both returned the item immediately with the problem listed below.

As for the first model, the device only works with batteries inserted, not with the cable plugged in. They tried many different times, but the plug was inserted correctly.
And for the second model, with the cable plugged in, the display lit up, but it did not display any words.

Supposedly they are both covered under a 2-year warranty. What should I do?

That is no good at all. Unfortunately, a warranty document is necessary to negotiate with the maker. We never sell products without a warranty, but if it's not available, it is how it is. In the manual, the maker warns the users beforehand by explaining the risks of charging outdoors. The surface most likely reached over 60 Celsius under the scorching sun.
What I can offer in this situation is for you to send the item to Japan, and although I cannot promise a repair or replacement, I will try to negotiate with the maker. Please consider this option.

今回アカウントが停止された原因は、Amazonで定められているポリシーのうちODR（注文不良率）が1%を超えてはならない、という点について上限を超えてしまったことだと認識しています。
