In the regard of shipping, we continue to ship all items by registered mail.

Also, we immediately advise the customer of the tracking No. at the point of shipment.

Finally, if undelivered good is disclosed, we first refund the payment for goods to the customer, and submit a request for the investigation to Japan Post immediately.

Are they fine? A number of days have already passed since your last contact. When will they come to Japan?
Is it usual to be so slow?
I guess they have been growing up much, that I am very anxious about.
I made an inquiry to Narita, but they did not hear any delays in the U.S..
Isn't anything missing from the paperwork? Is it because the office is busy? Isn't it on hold for a medical inspection such as Ebola, etc.?
I have to explain it to the owner as this is an important matter.
I would like to have detailed information. If it takes longer days, is it possible to change them to kittens just born now?

Small Packet, however, can be loaded only when cargo room on the aircraft has an opening, and it has less priority than express service.
Also, delay at the customs in the U.S, and Canada has been reported due to the logistic volume increase for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The package we shipped by Small Packet around the same time of last year took two months to get delivered (i.e. delivered in late January) as the longest.
Please understand in advance the delivery may take long time.
