8.2 The price of the Goods:
(a) Excludes amounts in respect of value added tax (VAT) and/or other taxes, which the

8.4 If the Customer fails to make any payment due to the Supplier under the Contract by the due date for payment, then the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above Barclay's Bank Plc's base rate from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. The Customer shall pay the interest together with the overdue amount.
8.5 The Customer shall pay all amounts due under the Contract in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (except for any deduction or withholding required by law).

As for the initial defect of jairo performance, adjustment against flickering is not working at all and the images are always distorted so much. What's more, after started recording in 20 seconds, it freezes with recording sign on or camera starts beeping and wouldn't stop. There are many defects like these.

My firmware version is 1.3.

もうここにはないダンス公演の空気感や気配を立ち上げる作品。

A.Kのプロジェクトでは、ダンス公演当時の空気感や気配をどうやって、その会場にいなかった第三者に伝えるか、を探っている。その１つが、ダンス公演を展示に変換するという試み。
本作では、公演に参加した観客のインタビュー（証言）を素材として用いり、どんな公演だったか、想像したり体感できる空間を提示する




入室前にストップウォッチを3分間セットする。全ての持ち物を部屋の外の入れ物にいれる。ポケットの中の携帯電話や鍵やペン等も忘れずに

A work which attempts to produce the feeling of atmosphere and air of the dance performance that doesn't exist any more.

A.K.'s project is trying to seek how to convey the feelings of air and atmosphere to a third party who was not present when the production was on. One of the attempts is to convert dance perfomance to an exhibition. In this work, it will demonstrate the space that people can feel or imagine what kind of performance it was from interviews (testimonies) of the audiences who were involved in the perfomance.

Before entering, set the stop watch for three minutes. All the personal belongings should be put in a bag outside the room. Make sure not to forget to put things in your pockets, like mobile phone, keys and pens.

通常は、観劇の予定を入れる際は、iPhoneにスケジュールを書き込むだけだが、本プロジェクトで興味深かったのは、それまでに定期的にアラートのように、手紙が届く、という点だ。その手紙に「返事を出す」ということは、公演までの期間にもよるが、負担になりかねない。しかし、適度な負担、鑑賞側も観劇の空間を作っているという心がまえをうながすという積極性を生み出す可能性はあると感じる。

Normally when I add a theatregoing in my plan, I just write it on my iPhone. What was interesting about this project was I received a letter regularly like an alert until the performance date. "Replying" to the letter could be a nuisance, depending on the time until the performance. However, I do believe it encourages one's frame of mind and helps to generate positiveness when causing reasonable trouble yet producing a space for viewers.

To make it simple, I try explessing in tanka.
First, wind is born
then the words follow
pain of wings growing on one's back

激しい雨で遠い初めての場。建物の中からかすかに光が漏れている。不法侵入になってしまうのだろうか？ドキドキしながらロープの先を歩いて行きなんとか入れるスペースがあり敷地に入る。到着出来たようだ。不安からは解放されたがこの時は公演への期待感は全くなく、なぜこんな思いをしなければならないのかと怒りしかなかった。

手紙を辿って会場に赴くのは、観客にとって公演を見る以上に身体的に動きが必要で、珍しいのではと思った。意識と無意識の境目に切り込んでいく様な。また体験したい気持ちになる。

It was raining heavily and it was my first time to get there and so far away. I could see a faint light coming from inside the building. Will I enter here illegally? I was nervous and found a small space just enough to enter inside after following a rope. I seemed to have arrived safely. I was relieved from nervousness but I had no expectations towards the performance. All I had was anger feeling why I have to experience things like this.

I thought arriving to the venue following the letters was unusual because a lot of physical movement is required for audiences more than just watching. It was like cutting into consciousness and unconsciousness. It makes me feel like I want to experience it again.

一か月前に貰った手紙について。
当日を迎えるまでは生き物のように感じたが、終わってみると魂が抜けたと言ったら言い過ぎかもしれないけれど、ただの紙に戻ったように感じる。

れんが蔵にはもう何度も訪れていましたが、パフォーマンス自体も含めて余計なものが置かれていないれんが蔵がこんなにも居心地のいい空間だと感じたのは始めだった。

勇気をもらった。
面白かった。何を見たか、言葉に言いあらわすことのできないのが悔しいが。

これは一体なんと言ったらよいのだろう？ダンスなのか？演劇なのか？

As for the letter I received one month ago,
until the day of the performance, I regarded it like something alive. Once the performance is gone, I feel it returned to just a piece of paper, almost like its soul is gone from it, so to speak.

I had visited Renga gura many times before but it was my first time to feel this space being such a comfortable space without anything extra inside, inclucing the performance itself.

I received a lot of courage.
It was enjoyable. I wish I could explain in words what I had seen.

What on earth was this? Was this dace? Was this performance?
