The warranty period of Defects is one year from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered, the Buyer or the User shall notify such occurred Defects to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer shall, at Buyer’s own discretion, have the Seller, at its own expense replace or deliver substitute Goods to the User, or in exchange for or reduce payment, or claim for all payment of Goods or claim for compensation from the Seller for damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of such Defects. Furthermore, the Buyer also reserves the right to terminate such Individual Sales Agreement and claim for full amount of payment.

不良品の保証期間は、6条に記載のとおり商品の引き渡し日から1年となります。不具合が発生または発見された場合、購入者または使用者は販売者へ不具合が発生した旨を通知するものとします。この場合、購入者は購入者自身の判断で、販売者に対して交換品への取替や配送にかかる費用の補償、交換や支払いの減額、全ての商品支払いに対する申し立て、かかる不具合品の結果として購入者が被った損害に対しての販売者への補償についての申し立てなどを行うものとします。その上、購入者は個別売買契約と全額の支払いが解除される権利を有します。

売主の瑕疵担保責任期間は、6条に記載のとおり商品の引き渡し日から2週間となります。不具合が発生または発見された場合、Bまたは使用者は販売者へ不具合が発生した旨を通知するものとします。この場合、BはB自身の判断で、販売者に対して交換品への取替や配送にかかる費用の補償、交換や支払いの減額、全ての商品支払いに対する申し立て、かかる不具合品の結果としてBが被った損害に対しての販売者への補償についての申し立てなどを行うものとします。もし、不具合が売主の瑕疵担保責任期間終了後に発生または発見された場合は、不具合の保証期間はその製品ブランドの保証規約の下に履行されます。

During a filmed interview four days later, John Lennon would say to an American reporter about the overwhelming public response, "We thought we'd have to grow everybody, and everybody seems to know us all as if we've been here for years. It's great!"
