There was $200 insurance on each box so you should be covered for breakage through Fed Ex. I paid extra for it to insure safe arrival. Received the product today. I checked it and I wonder if this is a bran-new product?

加えて、アイドリングを小さくする方法も教えて下さい。

It was just yeasterday that I found out it would not start when turned on its engine.
So, I did not proceed slitting operation and I didn't used the way it could be wear off.
Interlock would not retun when released and it remains pushed in.
Should I change its spring?
